The hotel is very nice. I think it is overpriced for the area. We had a few negative experiences. The room we were given was close to the pool and you could hear the music DJ playing songs. We were hoping for a good night sleep. So we asked if we could get a quieter room. They kindly gave us a different room that was away from the music but the A/C didn't seem to work very well. The room felt humid. The dinner buffet was very good at a price of 132 Reais, which was a little high. What I didn't like was that the drinks were not included in the price. So if you wanted water you had to order that. There were no free drinking options. We had to pay 30 reais for lemonade. Lastly, the price for our room was 1005 Reais but the Clerk must have made a mistake and billed us for 1015 Reais. I did not receive a paper bill from them so I have no way to contest the charge. Let me emphasize that it is a nice hotel but the the things I mentioned about and the price they charge was not worth it to me.

Great location - minutes (by foot) from the fall and Bird sanctuary, and close to the airport. Hotel is beautiful and grounds are spectacular. Few dining options nearby, and restaurant food wasn't great (have dinner somewhere else). Breakfast buffet was OK. Hot water in shower but a bit erratic. Would stay there again in a heartbeat (but would have dinner somewhere else).

The location is great, walking distance of the must do activities around the area. The facilities are clean and the staff is very friendly. It is worth the value, I highly recommend this place.

Excellent stay

This property is very close to the Iguazu Falls Park on the Brazilian side. It is a lodge style one level hotel with nice spacious rooms, situated on a very nicely groomed compound with plenty of outside areas to explore.

This could not have been a better location and better experience. You have a beautiful pool and property. The breakfast and dinners were fabulous. Our room was so clean and very comfortable. You did a great job. My only complaint is the Spa service and Massage. I have to say it was terrible and I’m so sorry to say that. They had the air conditioner blowing in the room during the scrub it was cold. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the massage was not what I paid for. Otherwise, what a wonderful time I’m still gonna give you five stars.

This hotel is much better than I thought. The lobby is so beautiful, decoration, pool, service, food, ambiance, everything was perfect. Close to Parque de las Aves, Waterfalls, airport. Highly recommended.
