The staff is very friendly, Dayane from restaurant reservations is the sweetest and helpful person in the hotel. Theo the bartender and waitress make the best caipirinhas and will give you the best service. The food was great, the only recommendation is that the pool needs more cleaning… great time at the hotel!! Thanks

Very poor WiFi. Even in the lobby it is faulty. No connection on the rooms. Ocean is very rough and it is impossible to get in. I am an experienced ocean swimmer and I had a hard time staying 5 mi utes inside the water.

Wonderful time
The resort is beautiful, we stayed at a chale and the king bed was comfortable, but the single bed had a hard mattress, when we contacted the front desk, they switched the mattress. The service is amazing, the employees are well trained and polite. It is an all inclusive and the food was delicious.

The room had broken furniture, broken furniture in the pool area, broken safe, was not cleaned well on daily basis. I killed 2 roaches in the room. Its a 2 stars hotel with "5 Stars Staff". Its a shame such a beautiful place the resort is so disappointing.

Most of the employees at the front desk speak English, but none of the security guards, food service or housekeeping employees do, which creates some minor problems for foreign business and vacationing guests. Also, most of the paper correspondence throughout the stay is not in English.

We went there on a family - kite trip, although the beach is a bit far from the rooms, everybody gets yo have a lot of fun, the pool is great for the kids ! Plus they get to eat as much as they want !

very family friendly
everything you could want in one place. good food, attentive staff, great pools. took my 6 month old son and the facilities are excellent for kids / babies. Only downside is the distance from the airport (about 50 mins in a taxi)

Hotel grande com boa estrutura de instalações e boa praia. Porém, todo o resto deixa a desejar. Fui nas férias, estava lotado, o que certamente deve ter impactado nos serviços. Alimentação bem fraca com filas gigantes para tapioca pela manhã e principais estações. O churrasco da piscina foi servido de forma deficitária com filas intermináveis. Auditório do teatro com cheiro de mofo forte e sem programação noturna atraente. Um resort mediado, mas com boa praia e piscina.

Não recomendaria para ninguém. A área da piscina é boa, mas é só. O hotel precisa de reforma e manutenção urgente. Ar condicionado do nosso quarto não funcionava direito e fazia uma barulheiro. O ar condicionado do quarto do meu pai pingava o tempo todos. Chamei a manutenção 3 vezes e não resolveram. A comida é péssima. Ruim mesmo. Estávamos em um grupo de 15 pessoas e todas ficaram extremamente decepcionadas. Diversos outros hóspedes estavam reclamando. O hotel é caro e definitivamente não vale a pena.

Um final de semana divertido
Hotel com boa estrutura, bem espaçoso, bons quartos, boa comida. Algumas coisas poderiam facilmente ser melhoradas para que passasse de bom a excelente. Um exemplo é o atendimento próximo a piscina. Poderia ser colocado mais pessoas próximo ao horário que se sabe que é mais movimentado. O Spa poderia ser mais divulgado. Não vi onde era a sauna. Enfim, é uma boa pedida, mas poderia ser excelente. P.S.: tem um ítem que é péssimo, que é o atendimento digital. Você não consegue agendar nada pelo aplicativo ou site do hotel.

Precisa melhorar.
Muita coisa ja antiga. Lenços e toalhas precisam ser renovadas. Ammenitis dos banheiros fora do padrão para um hotel que indica ser 5☆; não existe ter um só tipo de sabonete líquido/shampoo e sem acondicionador de cabelo para un lugar de praia. Comidas são abundantes mais de um padrão baixo de calidade e variação. Enfim, o costo beneficio não e muito legal. Praia e bonita, com vento. Áreas de piscina e alrededores estão ok, mais tem que gustar de barulho constante de musica e animação. Quem procura sossego estará em o lugar errado
