After the initial nine hours, when I realized that there was no security for my passport, credit cards, cash and computer, I left the hotel and never returned. Therefore, this visit (which I added and paid for before arriving in Fortaleza) actually never happened. The first visit was for the dates of January 4-7, 2020, which barely happened, and this one was for the dates of January 7-9, 2020, when I had no reason to return there, as the service was beyond unacceptable.

I paid for three days from January 4, 2020 to the morning of the seventh, but because I had a night flight from Rio de Janeiro, I actually arrived at 3:00 am on January 5. And because I had not yet seen the conditions of the place, I also booked and paid for two more days, as I was leaving on the 9th. When I checked in and went to my room I found that the old-style safe was missing the part with the key; therefore, it was not safe to leave my passport, credit cards, computer, cash, etc.

The hotel is fine for the price and it's close to the beach. Not very much going on beside that. It's old, but they were remodeling while we were there. The rooms are HUGE and very well lit.

Super bem localizado, deve dar 1 minuto andando até a orla da Praia de Iracema. Café da manhã muito bom e o local é bem amplo. Quarto super espaçoso. Tão grande que parece que o ar condicionado não vai dar conta mas gela o quarto sim. Fica numa avenida então passa carro com frequência se vc tem sono leve pode ser um problema. A cabeceira da cama é baixa então cuidado ao deitar para não bater a cabeça. Os funcionários foram super prestativos. O quarto foi limpo todos os dias.

Foi péssimo. Alguns funcionários mal treinados, sempre de cara amarrada; cobra-se tudo ali, até uns talheres de plástico, sendo cobrado com valores altos; mofo, falta de lençóis; toalhas e mantas rasgadas; café da manhã sempre o mesmo e muito limitado; ar condicionado sujo e arandelas com as lâmpadas queimadas, dedetização vencida, sendo encontrado , inclusive, um escorpião no banheiro. Pontos positivos só em relação as meninas do café e da limpeza, que deixavam o quarto impecável.

Localização excelente, acomodação antiga, porém, limpa. Café da manhã muito bom! Acústica do quarto deixa a desejar, pois se ouvia barulhos nos corredores durante a noite/madrugada. Quem tem problemas pra dormir vai se incomodar. Mas se as pessoas fossem educadas nesse sentido ao circularem no hotel nesse horário poderiam ter um mínimo de consciência e fizessem menos barulho. Enfim, o preço condiz com o que foi ofertado.
