A very good hotel for the price

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the price is right, and the complimentary breakfast is the best--very tasty with lots of variety. I would stay there again.

Boa estadia.

A hospedagem foi boa. O hotel possui uma boa localização, perto de vários comércios, perto da orla. O quarto é confortável, possui ar condicionado, camas e travesseiros bons. O banheiro que necessita de uma reforma. Possui aspecto de nunca ter passado por reforma. O café da manhã é bo, com variedades de pães, frutas, bolos. Pra quem gosta de passar a maior parte do dia fora, passeando por outros lugares, vale a pena se hospedar nele.

Embora a localização seja boa com a vista do quarto para a praia de Iracema, tivemos em nossa estadia de 5 dias, banheiro com vazamento de água, móvel de guardar roupas caindo pó, café da manhã sem variações e poucas opções de alimentos.

Custo benefício muito bom.

Localização excelente, limpeza mediana, o meu apto tinha um pouquinho de manchas na parede, o box do banheiro não estava muito funcional.tv smart excelente , ar condicionado limpo e novo, cama excelente, lençóis excelente, toalha ruim, travesseiro um pouco velhos, Net flix, YouTube...internet excelente, restaurantes e um Gastro bar a 50 metros com música ao vivo, MPB, pop rock... Atendimento muito bom e café da manhã também.

Não recomendo

Check-in era pra ser às 14h, cheguei às 15:15h e meu quarto ainda não estava pronto. Esperei por 15 minutos, após minha chegada e meu quarto só foi "liberado", após reclamação. Elevador só dá 4 pessoas (75kg pra cada) com aperto. Nunca vi um elevador tão pequeno, quanto esse. O outro elevador estava quebrado. Tive "sorte" de pegar um quarto no primeiro andar, porém no outro dia da estada o botão para chamar o elevador no primeiro andar pifou e mesmo eu dando ciência aos funcionários, o problema não foi resolvido. No quarto havia osga (pra quem se incomoda pode ser complicado) e o mais incoveniente foram o vaso sanitário que estava vazando água para o chão do banheiro (odor considerável no banheiro), além do ar condicionado que começou a fazer barulho (similar a problema de ventilação) a partir das 23h.
