Eaten alive by bugs in the room, many other issues
even with contacting the front desk, no one helped - room service was a disaster, they did not answer the phone for 1.5 hours then when they finally took our order, it took 1 hour to arrive - when checking out, no remorse, no apology only "we will do better next time"

Apartamento velho, banheiro com vazamento , ar condicionado parecia uma batedeira tamanho o barulho, aspecto de sujo e Velho , precisam de uma reforma urgente , atendimento foi bom e funcionários atenciosos , café da manhã bom, apesar da reposição demorar .

Amamos nossa estadia no Acquaville! Tive muitos receios devido a muitos comentários negativos, pois foi tudo ao contrário! Lugar lindo, o apto estava limpinho, muito espaçoso (estávamos em 3 adultos e uma bebê). O café é ótimo! Tapioca maravilhosa, pode comer a vontade! Muitas frutas! Pegamos opção com jantar e foi uma delícia! É prato feito com excelentes opções, incluíram a refeição da minha bebê sem termos pagado pra ela, super gentis e delicados! Academia ótima com muita infraestrutura e equipamentos ótimos! Piscina maravilhosa e tem restaurante tbm! Nós voltaremos com certeza! Ótima localização! Vista linda da praia. Pessoal se atentem ao fazer avaliações, tudo foi de acordo com oq eles propõem, percebi muitos comentários equivocados que acabam prejudicando muito o hotel, e são injustos!

Adorei e pretendo retornar.
Quarto excelente, limpo, cheiroso. Cama boa e muita beleza natural. Dois restaurantes com preços bons. Praia maravilhosa. Ficamos em um quarto próximo da praia. Um ponto negativo é que estão reformando uma piscina em volta de um restaurante e com isso tinha muito barulho de máquinas e poeira no restaurante do café de manhã.

O apartamento carece de melhorias
O condomínio é muito bom, bem conservado e com diversas opções de lazer para adultos e crianças. O café da manhã também é bom. Entretanto, o apartamento precisa de muitas melhorias. A mobília não está em boas condições, poucos utensílios na cozinha, geladeira antiga e a TV poderia ser ao menos uma smart.
