A estadia foi razoável, pois não é ofereceu conforto e praticidade para quem vai a trabalho e precisa de tomadas para computador, celulares etc. banheiro sem local para colocar sabonete, chuveiro com jato muito espalhado, apenas um cabide, pouco lugar para acomodar malas e roupas. tudo muito acanhado.

Ficamos em um quarto com chuveiro que não esquentava e no térreo onde todo o barulho de movimentação de pessoas circulando entrava no quarto. E não tinha roupa de cama para noite(cobertor). A recepção foi excelente os funcionários e o café da manhã tbm, mas o quarto que fiquei péssimo. Não sei se os demais são assim, mas no térreo não recomendo.

Poderia ser melhor

Razoável. Maioria dos atendentes foram bastante cordiais, porém os quartos bem como o serviço deixaram bastante a desejar. Café da manhã é fraco e tem até limite de quantas omeletes pode pedir( no máximo 2 e elas são muito pequenas). Se você quer um copo no seu quarto, tem que ir pessoalmente retirar, eles não levam até você.

Faltam detalhes para melhorar a experiência

Diria que seria excelente se fosse mais barato, pois pela faixa de preço que praticam espero mais. A concorrência faz melhor pelo mesmo preço. Meus pontos negativos podem ser muito pessoais (não sou um turista comum): horário do café das 6h às 9:30h, eu que gosto de acordar mais tarde sofri pq pegava só "restos", a equipe não repõe nada perto do final do café, as bebidas geladas já estão todas quentes, etc. Senti falta de uma indicação se estava incluso o preparo opcional pela equipe do hotel de tapiocas, omelete, etc. Que aliás, demoram. A piscina fecha às 20h, não vi quase movimento nela. Acesso ao quarto se dá por cartão que desliga toda eletricidade quando hóspede sai, inclusive o frigobar, o que pra mim é horrível. No meu quarto a ducha só esquentava depois de uns 5mins aberta, o papel higienico oferecido é uma lixa fina, a torneira da pia é daquelas com temporizador (péssimo) e tinha uma pressão descomunal e como não dava pra regular (só abre ou fecha), toda vez que usei tomava um banho na pia e molhava o chão. Não há toalhas de rosto para todos, é disputada, em 7 dias tive acesso à elas em 3. Se estiver à pé é uma caminhada de uns 15mins até a praia, se estiver de carro não tem estacionamento no hotel. Prédio de 5 andares com elevador. Ar condicionado bom. Wi-fi tem duas redes, uma presta, outra não. A limpeza de fato é feita todos dias e a recepção é solícita para coisas corriqueiras.
