The overall stay was great. The lobby was great nice and clean but once we got into the room carpets were dirty, the shower had hair soap streaks and black spots all over it from previouss vistors and there was crumbs of food in the ice bucket and microwave..They could do better in cleaning the rooms but me & my child enjoyed our stay

My bed smelled like urine, pillows are hard, elevator kept getting stuck and dinging every few seconds at 11 at night. Front desk doesnt answer to remedy this. Screaming baby next door sounded like it was in my room, banging headboards & screams attempted to be covered up by a blaring TV at 3 am. Needless to say Im tired and cant wait to get some sleep.

The A/C didnt work couldnt get anyone to answer the phone Water all by the A/C unit so it smelled and both shower doprs were jammed and i was stuck in the shower. Fay clerk was nice..evening clerk was rude and mean and said NO VISITORS..So beware if you want company for awhile even grandkids..ahe kept insisting i sign off on things with no copies

2nd time staying at this property and it’s always super clean, smells clean and fresh even in the elevator, rooms were nice, and the staff were all so pleasant and professional, making check-in a very easy process. We will make this our spot when we go visit family who live nearby.

No one at front desk for about 15 mins and then she wouldn’t let us check in until 315 because she said it was the weekend but site said 3 then randomly at 315 her shift is over and the other girl walks right in and checks us in. Hairs in shower and towels. Nasty sticky carpet in room. Homeless people on property. Toilet seat broken. Mold in shower. No air con in hallway on 2nd floor. When we were leaving there was a huge dead roach by the doors. We really enjoy staying at la Quinta but this will be the first and last time we stay at this location.
