We have stayed at this La Quinta a number of times over the years. They are very accommodating to pets, giving pet owners first floor rooms. I always ask for a specific area of the motel and, although they can't guarantee it, I usually get the room I ask for. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is showing a lot of wear. The vanity in the bathroom was chipped, it could use a fresh coat of paint and overall, every place except the lobby just needs a facelift. Breakfast was fine. Pretty standard. I checked in and out online and the process was seamless.

Homeless around the property. The ac in our room would only turn down to 74 and only came on for about 2 minutes every 15 minutes. We were hot all night to the point we couldn’t use the covers and ended up leaving earlier than we planned in the morning. Other than that the hotel was good and the breakfast had many options.

HORRIBLE

What an absolute dump! I'm shocked the reviews on this place aren't worse, but don't be deceived. This place is gross! Had bugs in the room, stains on the pillows and bedsheets, and climate control in the room works when it feels like it. Had to leave halfway through my stay and change hotels. Free breakfast is also inedible. Eggs bounce off the plate, potatoes are raw, and bagels are like rocks. I paid money to eat breakfast somewhere else. Wasn't even worth the very low price online. Do yourself a favor and pick a different hotel. I would also like to add that I reached out to the Manager twice and never even received the courtesy of an email in return.

The front desk staff was very rude. He did not greet us at all when we walked up to the desk. I finally told him we’d like to check in. He still said nothing. His only words were “I need a couple of initials and a signature” then he handed me our room key and pointed in the direction of the elevator and said, “the elevator is down there.” And then never said thank you, enjoy your stay or anything. I noticed he was like that with everyone. I typically stay at a La Quinta when traveling. This was my first bad experience.

Desperate need of remodeling

Although the staff was friendly, the front desk was on their personal phone while entering my card information. In addition, the hotel is in desperate need of updates and remodeling. Our first room had stuff on the walls, and tv did not work. They moved us to a different room and the second one had mold growing in the shower and the drain smelled so awful it stunk up the entire room. In addition, there were stains on our sheets. The elevator also had missing buttons and was always dirty.
