I had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Place. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and had a comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. I’d definitely stay here again.

The toilet seat was pealing apart. We had 4 people staying in our room and they would only restock 2 towels so we had to go down and get extra towels every night. The elevator floor was falling apart. 1 of the sinks in the room was scolding hot water so couldn’t be used.

Property is decent but very much outdated. The first room we went into had stains on the wall and the phone didn’t work. The second room was better but they can def upgrade their quality of everything including products, towels, and amenities.

The service was terrible. The staff was unorganized, and the overall management of the hotel was poor. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, with low-quality food and limited options. Even something as simple as enjoying a cup of tea was not possible, unlike the experiences my friends have had in other hotels.

Rooms were very clean and nice like advertised. Nice size pool even though the weather hasn't swimming weather hot. Big bonus was breakfast included which when I went to eat it was the best by far breakfasts included I've been to. Orange juice, Apple Juice, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, french toast, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, cereal etc. The oatmeal and cereal were every day everything else was in rotation.

This hotel offers a convenient location and the rooms are very large with plenty of area for luggage, and offer a sofa for early birds like me to get up and have coffee without disturbing my husband. The bed is very comfortable.

In the end, it was just a place to land for a couple nights. Two of us were mistakenly given occupied rooms when we checked in (which is a huge problem and liability!), the elevators were very slow and suspect, and my room had an odd odor. Included breakfast was a plus (but it didn’t start until 7).

This is a good spot however the building is old and not up to date. The plumbing is not up to date. Our track team stayed as well and multiple rooms had over flowing toilets and staff did not come to maintenance then they gave us a plunger and wanted us to stay in rooms after the water from the toilets had overflowed onto the carpets. Not what I expected.
