Well located. Friendly staff. We’ve stayed a few times. Only downsides - showroom was very dark and parking situation hit and miss. Some of the rooms can be small here so ask for a larger one facing the front.

The hotel had easy check in, parking available on the premises, very clean room which offered a kitchenette and comfortable bed/furniture. The Garrison is a unique experience for a hotel stay.

Unwelcome surprises.
The closure of dinner dining was not a welcome surprise as it was advertised on the web and the lack of elevators for the suites building was not acceptable. Hotels.com should make this apparent. Staff were pleasant and proffessional.

Unique property being a former prison and keeping the « Prison Feel » with the way interior doors and hallways feel was a nice touch. Room had a good vibe and had nice snacks beyond just tea and a biscuit. Would recommend to stay at. Location was nice and a good classic pub just up the road from the hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel. The hotel is a short walk from Fort William, providing access to great food and drink venues. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. It's a pet friendly hotel and dogs are made to feel very welcome. Very good facilities. Although there is limited free parking on site, a pay and display car park is a short walk away. This a great place to stay. I have been lucky enough to travel around the world but this hotel is one of my favourite stays. Thank you to all the staff!

Excellent location for walking into town. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rooms are clean but very small with the room being 2.5 m x 2.5 m, and bathroom is not big either. Though the hotel did provide bottled waters, chips and waffles as a welcoming gesture.

Great hotel and even greater location. Really comfy bed, everything was clean and the shower was really good! Can’t complain about anything other than it didn’t look anything like a cell .

Quirky room!
We had one of the 'cell rooms' with a bunk. Impossible for the person on the bottom bunk to see the TV! Ladder on bunk also in an odd location. Slight leak in bathroom. That said, all very clean, breakfast good and staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Great location in Fort William. Walkable to the city center with shops and restaurants. There is also a good atm at the Scott Bank slot 3 minutes walk. Room was clean and spacious. We booked a suite since we had 3 people and it was perfect. Note: the exit sign stays lit up. We draped a jacket over it because it was bright and right over the bed.

Great place to stay in the middle of Glasgow. Reception was very courteous and friendly when asking questions. Facilities were clean, our room was clean but somewhat outdated. Overall would stay here again.
