I recommend this hotel. All is all good, except the outdoor pool which is not maintained well and only open a few months in the summer. Otherwise the hotel gets all 5-star ratings from me!!

Not enough seatoing or space for continental breakfast. Pickings were slim, we had to find a restaurant to eat at for the two days we were there. Room was spacious, but the beds were nothing to write home about. Bathrooms in room were extremely small, not a lot of room to get dressed after you got out of shower.

The property needs a serious upgrade. The rooms are “old and tired” looking. The carpets are worn and filthy. The room didn’t contain a microwave. The bar refrigerator was dirty and old. The TV reception was terrible. No extra USB ports on the nightstands to charge mobile devices. The shower head was old, with no water pressure. The elevator felt like it was going to breakdown on every ride.

My room was excellent; clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, nice workout room. There is a little bar in the lobby which is very nice if you want a quick drink. It was a little cool to use the outdoor pool, but it looked ok. I will stay again at this hotel for sure!

This was fine for a quick, inexpensive overnight as I was visiting a friend who lived nearby. The hallway carpet as well as the carpet in my room was well worn and probably needs to be replaced. Room was clean, but felt and smelled damp, could've used a dehumidifier.

Our AC wouldnt stay on for longer than a few minutes at a time so it wouldnt cool off in our room. I let the gentlemen know up at the front and he immediately got his tools and came and fixed it for us. It was working within a few minutes. The same guy allowed all the kids to jump in the pool one last time before cloaing it down for the night and made their whole day. Wish i had gotten his name because he was awesome. Our overall stay was amazing.

The two young men at check-in were very friendly and informative about the hotel amenities. Our room was nice and spacious. The smell in the hallways and room was annoying. It smelled old and stale; we think the carpet needs cleaned. The one time I forgot to bring my Lysol spray was at the time the place needed it. The light in Room 300 kept flicking on and off over the sink area near the bathroom. It may need a light bulb change. The bed was very comfortable. I love the TV size and how it swivels depending on what part of the room you are in. I did not like the channels available. It would be nice to have had OWN or BET. Too many sports and new channels and not a lot of movie channel options. I don’t want to rent a movie. Would have been nice to connect to my Netflix account. The breakfast selection was nice. I had waffles, eggs, and potatoes. The cook did burn the potatoes and I couldn’t mask the burnt taste with ketchup. Apple juice was delicious! Plenty of space to sit in the area. I wish there was an option to check out the TV. The overweight lady that was at checkout was RUDE. I said Good Morning to her on the way to breakfast, she barely wanted to respond. Then, at checkout, she gave another dry greeting and was annoyed that I wanted a receipt. She wanted to stay seated and getting a receipt required her to move. She needs some customer service etiquette classes and diversity, equity, and inclusion training. Overall, it was an average experience.
