A nice hotel to stay
Everything was great except the bathroom was too small, to narrow. When a door is open, it almost touches the toilet, people can hardly get in/out. In emergency situation, people may have hard time to get out from the bathroom.

They are in the middle of remodeling, yet didn’t hear anything and was not inconvenienced by it either.

We rented this hotel because of it advising a “bar” because we were hoping to have some place to watch the fight. After a 6 hour drive I wanted to take a shower before dinner. However, there was no hot water. I went to use the phone to call the front desk and that didn’t work. Went down and was informed that the hot water was an easy fix. Was instructed to turn on both the shower and sink faucet to hot for five minutes and that would kick start the hot water. After finally getting the hot water going we decided to go to the hotel “bar”. When ordering we were told they couldn’t serve liquor because both of the workers on that night were under 21. Why advertise a bar but then not have someone able to serve liquor, especially on a Friday night! Very disappointing overall experience at this hotel.

The only experience that was negative was the smell of marijuana in the hall. That is not the fault of the Hyatt however it was unpleasant walking outside of our room.

Nice room but lack of hot water
The stay was lovely. The room was large, clean and well appointed. Staff members were pleasant. The only problem was with the water for the shower. It was disappointing because the water stream started out cool to cold and it took almost 20 minutes to come to a comfortable temperature for a shower. We spoke to the shift clerk who said there was no maintenance person on-site. My husband and I made due. It didn’t appear that the hotel was completely booked creating a deficit of hot water. We would stay again if the hot water supply was sufficient for a comfortable shower.
