This stay was absolutely wonderful. Extremely clean hotel. The bar was fabulous. My only minor issue was the fact that while checking you in they take phone calls and did not place them on hold. After working and driving a long distance, I would have appreciated being put 1st.

This one’s gonna hurt..

Hotel lobby was very clean and visually appealing, and every member of staff I had an interaction with were all friendly and pleasant. The room was spacious and well equipped, however.. The bedding was absolutely awful. Bed covering was scratchy, thin, and not comfortable. Worst part though was the mattress.. Hardest, most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. And I’ve slept in many hotels. Had to visit a chiropractor as soon as we got home, and have been on a heating pad for the following week. YES, the bed was that bad. Just hard to fathom how such a nice looking, non “budget” hotel, would’ve skimped and furnished the place with such horrible bedding? Don’t get me wrong, it’s nice to have a pretty room and all, but COMFORT should be paramount.
