The floors felt filthy when walking on them. Toilet, bath tub and areas around them were dirty. The room had a musty mildew smell , the air conditioning units were blowing out stinky air as well. This hotel needs an update for sure. Maintenance person was very grouchy, punting the pool area during the day maybe not such a great idea!

The location, you can't beat the location for this hotel, is nothing fancy, but you are close to everything, I drove 6 min to princess beach, I love it, walk distance to the harbor walk board and bunch place to eat.

A small motel but very well worth the lower price. Most hotels i checked were well over $200/night. This one is in walking distance to the waterfront & good restaurants/bars. It's clean. Has coffee maker, fridge & microwave. Free breakfast too!! Definitely a very good value for the price.

Brought my young teen on a spring break daddy daughter getaway. The room was quite sufficient. Spacious, clean, and the staff were very attentive. My daughter loved making us waffles every morning. The stay checked all our boxes.
