Breakfast option was a great added value! Hopefully hotel management will adapt to the popularity of this option and arrange to have it adequately staffed. A bit of age on this hotel, but it's been well-maintained. Thank you for a very nice stay!

I really enjoyed my experience at this property, especially having the beach right in the back. It provides a perfect setting for relaxation and fun. Honestly, there's so much to offer that it feels almost unnecessary to leave the premises!

Burnt Pineapple upside cake
This Resort is actually very nice. The view from our hotel was beautiful. Of you of the Gulf of Mexico the ocean the pier the Island Bar it was great. We asked for room service twice and they were pretty quick within about 20 minutes. One of the nights I did ask for room service and the chicken wings were amazing but I was very disappointed with burnt upside down cake. The last time I checked a pineapple upside down cake is yellow has pineapple and maybe Marciano cherries. This was two burnt crispy pieces of cake topped with pineapple and caramel sauce that was not going to make it any softer. I made a comment to the front desk and all they said was sorry to hear that. I know that a lot of people say things so they can get a discount but I was being truthful because I believed everything else tasted great. Overall this day was nice and I like the kitty on the property

Well, what can I say, I absolutely love this place… I would have given 5 stars but I asked for a late checkout from 11 to 12 and they said it would cost $50! Boo I stay her a lot and have never been told that my gosh it’s just an hour…so I waited for my ride in the lobby over an hour… luckily I had free breakfast coupon before 11 so I hurried downstairs for that which I was able to use the other hour and half as I waited for my 1 pm pickup … either way I love this place but they should expect at least a few might need extra time without being charged $50 an hr! It’s not like I was asking for 4pm.

The ocean view was spectacular. The rooms were comfy. Rooms were cleaned each day. We were disappointed in all the closures at the resort. Hot tub was not working and low on water. Swim up bar was closed. Grill was closed. Heated pool was nice. Towels were not available at the pool, needed to go to the front desk to pick up towels. Gift shop was nice.

We booked because my son had a baseball tournament. The first night went well. The second night was a nightmare. Had to park in the parking garage and walk across the dam parking lot twice. Super inconvenient. The same night we had music overtaken our room until 10:30. Marine ball!! My son has anxiety and we took him to the hospital. We let the front desk aware of this situation earlier in the night. By far the worst customer experience in our lives.
