Sandestin is the perfect mix of beach, golf, and fun. The resort is huge with beautiful beaches, top-notch golf courses, great restaurants, and plenty to do for all ages. I stayed near Baytowne Wharf, which made shopping and dining super convenient. The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and getting around was easy with the shuttle service. Whether you’re relaxing or staying active, Sandestin has it all. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival for check in. We checked in at the front desk and received our keys and instructions to our room. As we approached our room door the house keeping were still cleaning the room. We were a bit confused as to why housecleaning was cleaning while we were cleared to check in. It’s already disappointing enough that check out is at 10am and you expect your guest to be out by then but check in is at 4pm and the rooms aren’t ready or fully cleaned. Very disappointing. My last concern is the fact that during our entire stay we did not see 1 staff member the entire time during our stay. It looked like a complete ghost town in the lobby. No security or anything. Outside of all of that everything else was enjoyable. Please do better with your housekeeping and making this place feel safe.

We booked as soon as we got to the front desk lied to then had to wait them the manager came explain that the resort was double book so he tried to make right when we got to the replacement resort the room wasn’t clean we thought we walked in on someone else reservation so they sent someone to clean the room

Absolutely loved staying at Sandestin! We came here for a quick birthday getaway. It’s such an accessible resort. I loved that the Beach had a restaurant overlooking the beach (food and drinks were great!) as well as the beach bar hut to just walk up to and bring back to your chairs or hang. Stunning views, friendly staff, easy access to all amenities! Highly recommend and will absolutely be back!

When we arrived at the resort we assumed we would be staying within the resort but apparently we are staying in a condominium building that has multiple owners and have people there that have nothing to do with the resort and could be anyone and everyone there's no resort staff in the building there's no restaurant in the building there's no room service no anything

No pool access until day before we left and got kicked out of pool as we were never given wrist bands and hot tub never worked entire time very difficult to find a place to eat with out driving over a mile except for the beach did have food 19 bucks for burger no real breakfast place to eat at close to where we stayed and roof top at our location where sun set and sun rise viewing was blocked off with Red Tape no access and the pool area finally opened the day before we left but there are no towels for any one and the beverage stand was closed . Asked to speak to manager took two day to get response . And when ask for discount was told had to charge the entire stay again to card and wait 40 days to get refund of a little discount the resort was not helpful at all the Expedia rep however was very kind and helpful .he was Excellent !!!! I’m a disabled Combat Veteran it was not a good experience .

There was work going on, so a little noise one day, and construction fences were around, but that wasn't too bad. The only major issue I had was checking in. There were not clear and easy directions on where to check in. Once checked in, everything else was fine.

Beautiful resort, clean and well maintained.

Check in was easy and fast. Property was well maintained and clean. Condo was clean and well equipped with ample kitchen equipment. The view of the Bay was spectacular from the room. The beach and marine was very nice.
