The location is perfect. 5 Mins walk to Grand boulevard. Not far from accessing the beaches. The sitting area was so pretty and cozy.All the team members are very nice, polite and friendly.

This hotel is understaffed. Three times I went to the front desk and no one was there. Once after waiting to make a purchase I had to knock on the staff only door for someone to come out so I could make a purchase. The happy hour was terrible as the bartender was also cooking the food so wait times were long. When ready to place and order we were told that the fryer had just broken so we could only order pizza- which was not part of happy hour.

One downside is they don’t clean rooms daily even upon request. Even cheap motels provide that service, not sure why they’ve opted to not. Other than that the property is nice.
