Great Location, Heated Pool, and a Comfortable Stay We really enjoyed our stay at Hilton! The hotel is very close to the beach, but with a small path in between, so you don’t worry about flooding during rain. The location is perfect — just 4 minutes to Walmart, Starbucks, a nearby bank, and even a dolphin center we highly recommend! Our room was clean, with a kitchen, dishes, microwave, and dishwasher — very convenient. They didn’t clean the room during our 4-day stay, but when we asked for fresh towels and toiletries, the staff responded quickly. We especially loved the heated pool — and the fact that you can easily pick up clean pool towels from the front desk every day. Super convenient! Also, breakfast was tasty and satisfying. We’d definitely stay here again!

Staff were great, the bed and A/C was not

Being an Honors member, I can easily say this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Hilton. The only bright spot was that the staff were very nice and helpful, as much as they could be. First issue was the top fitted sheet. It was worn so badly that it felt like sandpaper. The housekeeper very nicely replaced the sheet, but once I laid down on the mattress you could tell it was well past it's usable life and should have been replaced a long time ago. There was a depression that made me feel like I was in a hammock. The next issue was the A/C unit. It was set for 70 but never got below 75. They tried to troubleshoot it and suggested I turn it off/on, but that didnt work. The staff tried to get us into a different room, but they were booked and nothing available with a king. I would give the staff 5 stars for their efforts and Hilton a 0 star for not updating this hotel. Its a shame, as you might expect a lot more from them.

Loved the location and proximity to beach and restaurant row, also convenient to shopping across the highway for everything else. Another great attribute was the kitchen in each room. 2nd time staying there visiting Destin.

The night attendant Judy was so sweet and attentive the property manager greeted us in the elevator and asked about our stay. The breakfast was on time a bit more options would be great as we were there for a week! The only thing we didn’t time right was housekeeping that came in afternoon during our nap time. We will definitely be back such. Beautiful area and a wonderful place to stay!

The close proximity to the beach. Front desk staff were nice and very welcoming. I asked for an extra blanket which was provided at check-in with no hesitation. The view was amazing there are so many places to visit nearby. I plan on returning soon! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and the rooms were as described which I appreciate 🙂
