The building from the outside looks great, the elevators work but can see some damage from vandalism. Carpets in halls on second floor were stained and it had a smell there. Could see damage done to some doors like they were kicked in but they are in the process of repairing. The first night started fines, until it got to -30 outside and could feel a noticeable draft in under floors and tub in bathroom. The plumbing froze in the room that day from the cold temperatures. But they were quick to change our rooms and get us into new accommodations so the new rooms were still on the same floor but they were in great shape and comfortable. The plumbing was definitely not their fault but they did everything to make sure we had a good stay. I would recommend.

Last time here
We arrived late in the evening, waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. Checked in and proceeded to enter our room, which was occupied, we likely terrified the person sleeping in the room. Eventually they got us a new room. Front desk person accompanied us and shared that they get a lot of complaints about the new room so wanted to make sure we were ok with it. Wow.

Breakfast time should be better for all kind of guests. Timing should be till 9:30am from 8:00am. Since parking is front and back should have access with the card from both side of the building.
