Rugs in room could be replaced with vinyl flooring, it’s a busy place with working crews around the area!!! So would be hard to keep rugs clean. But would stay again.

This property is poorly upkept. Entryway was blocked by water heater. Fallen down Christmas lights. Very dirty carpets and walls Light switches had black finger prints in bathroom Room smelled strongly of smoke Breakfast buffet was missing a lot of items. When asked the staff for more they were too busy eating themselves than to restock. Front desk lady at checkout very rude.

The hotel definitely needs updating as there are lots of stains on the carpets and everything is old. The town, it looks like it's undergoing a constructing boom so everything seemed muddy. The room was clean just old and stained. When we checked in it seemed 1/2 the parking lot was unpaved and a large hot water heater was sitting outside by the front door. The staff were great and very helpful.

Top 2 worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Extremely dirty. Zero updates done anywhere. Toilet plugged immediately. Pee on the floor and pubes on the toilet and walls. Shower head was broken. Carpets are stained everywhere. Do yourself a favour and just don’t stay here. It needs some serious maintenance and cleaning. Shame on the owners.

Where’s the smiles
Nice hotel with less than happy staff. The 2 people I dealt with at the front desk were not really the most outgoing. Good location with nice rooms.
