We loved everything about this property. The location was super convenient, and we were able to walk to all the area bars and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and well- maintained. James and Penny were very friendly, informative and helpful. We will definitely recommend to others. Thanks for a great stay!

Miss Penny in the office is - as ever - such a helpful, friendly person. You couldn’t ask for a better employee. The property is clean and well-located. Amenities are basic. Great pool! Thanks for another relaxing stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Located close to everything, we walked to the beach, the farmers/craft market, live music at the park, everything. The pool and hot tub were very clean, although the closing hour varied and we missed out on the hot tub time one night. We paid the little bit extra to have a waterside room, and that was well worth it! The view and sitting area outside the room was beautiful and a calm reprieve from the noise and crowds at the beach. Beach chairs and towels being provided, if you ask, were very helpful! It would have been nice to have the room more well stocked, but anything we asked for at the office, they provided; i.e. hair dryer, toothbrush, plates, paper towels, etc. We would definitely stay again if we're back in the Ft. Myers area.

This property was unique because it was right on a channel of the bay. It was so fun watching the boats come in and out of the channel. Our room overlooked the bay and it also was right near Pete’s bar and Grill where the music was so fun to listen to in the evenings.
