Great newly renovated resort. Location to walk to places and good customer service. Breakfast also pretty good for the resort. Just FYI need to pay for beach chairs and umbrellas but worth it.

Positive: ocean view rooms and accessibility to the beach. Negative: very noisy rooms from AC and outside exchast fans. We could jot sleep. For rooms to be cleaned you need to call front desk or hang note on the handle. 20$ parking fee, same as any other public parking lot. 10$ for each chair and umbrella. No coolers allowed on their beach, you must buy from them. When checked in we asked if we can have late check out and we were told that it should not be an issue since everyone will be checking out $10 per hour and we need to request morning before. When we went in the morning, we were denied and were kicked out at 11am. No other options were offered. I even offered to buy another night and was denided because I will not actualy spend a night!!! Will never stay or recommend anyone this hotel.

It was strictly okay. With the additional resort fees, I was expecting to get some amenities such as beachside umbrellas and chairs, but we were told to contact a third party for that. I don't understand why I am paying for the resort fees then?

A/C in the room was not properly working temp where at 65 degrees would not break under 82 degrees in the room room was unclean sand everywhere in the room before entering the room sheets were dirty and covered with sand go in the room at 3pm went upstairs dropped my bags went to bar then got verbally abused by one of the bartenders in a power trip by the name of Lee then went up stairs around 9 when the other bar closed took a shower came out and the room temps still at 82+ degrees I understand the facility are under construction but don’t rent room that are not ready to be used second time I stayed every time there is an issue love the atmosphere and the people but overall the hotel need work and far from being what I expected paying for an upgraded suite!

I cannot recommend this hotel for families. First, there was a lack of parking space, which was quite inconvenient. I had to go around the parking for a few minutes until someone left. The temperature in our room was uncomfortably warm until 3 AM, despite setting the air conditioning to 68 degrees, the coldest it reached was 70 degrees. The atmosphere on the ground floor was unappealing. It felt as visitors from the surrounding public parking are prioritized rather than the actual hotel guests, providing access to the bathrooms and bar without consideration for those staying at the hotel. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay.
