Very basic value motel, did not like that their is no front desk person. It's a kiosk that video connects with someone somewhere else very impersonal. Everything else was very basic but clean except for the stairways always appeared very dirty. Good value overall for the loney

We have stayed here several times in the past and it has always been just fine. The rooms are VERY clean and neat, service good also. The check-in with the screen of a real person worked great and was easily completed. We appreciated the quiet very much, it was better than expected. The pool was clean and had nice lounge chairs and its own restrooms. There are several different restaurants within walking distance, the Thai one to the right is absolutely outstanding, we went back again the next evening. The only problem at all was that the toilet worked, but weirdly. Every time you flush there is a huge ball of air that comes up, loudly, then all is normal. Air in the pipes?? The faucet and shower were normal, so I don’t know what that was all about. We will stay here again in the future if we are in Ft. Myers.

First there is no in person check in, just a kiosk with someone on a computer screen. You have to scan all your information. Room to door must have been kicked in at some point, it was hard and loud to open and close. Humidifier was loud also, sounded like door closing making sleeping tough. When you turn it off the room gets stuffy.

Probably the least impressive breakfast offering I’ve ever seen. Staff was virtually nonexistent. The unexpected demand for an additional $100 deposit was insulting and absurd. Given the lack of amenities and quality of decor and fixtures I doubt I could have done that much damage if I had tried. Shocked that this is a Best Western property.

Great for a low budget hotel

Better than expected for a simple one night place to sleep at a 2 star hotel. Convenient easy kiosk check in. Comfortable bed and pillows. Dehumidifier in the room was helpful since FL is so humid even with cool AC to take the dampness out. Shower was good. Continental breakfast with limited options was good and breakfast area was constantly being cleaned and monitored to make sure it was stocked. If I was coming from far away out of town for a long stay I’d probably be disappointed in the surrounding warehouse looking area, but if you’re not looking for anything glamorous this is a well kept hotel for a great price. There is a small pool and walking distance restaurant/bar open til 2am that was very busy when we pulled into the hotel at 11pm.

The motel was adequate and reasonably priced. Check in was with a person in Asia(electronic kiosk) but went smoothly. Most of the motel staff on site spoke minimal English at best. Ice machines on both floors did not work. Shower handle and controls were hooked up backward in room 119! Thought we didn’t have any hot water but actually did. The lady responding from the front desk lectured me on how I should’ve reported it sooner?!?! I think perhaps they should have installed the controls properly instead of ass backwards! Breakfast was ok. Don’t expect any protein. Waffles, toast, muffins, juice, yogurt and instant oatmeal to be prepared in the microwave. Coffee and 2 choices of dry cereal.
