I did like the room , and accessibility. Aldo I didn’t like the excessive security deposit amount charged and that there’s been more than 2 weeks and I haven’t been refunded yet , honestly !

Have reserved one king size and they gave me double twin bed after I cut to the room I called the reception and they told me we wish this to you so the management don’t cancel your reservation without even asking me or getting my permission and this is the only room I available .
