So I checked in on May 17, 2025 and I was checking out on May 20th 2025. And as I was trying to leave, I had no hot water. So I went to the front desk and let her know she was very rude to me. She told me I had to wait for the manager and I happen to be sitting outside and noticed there was a GM there working. I told the GM he said he would help me. He did not help me. So I couldn’t even wash my body before I left to go all the way back to Georgia. I’m so disappointed in Marriott. I should’ve got one night back to me, but I didn’t. So if someone asked me should they stay at the Marriott I’mma say no and I had so much respect for the Marriott now I don’t

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the check-in process was a major downside. Despite the advertised 3:00 PM check-in time, we had to wait over an hour due to a lack of available rooms. Many other guests were also waiting, which created some frustration and ultimately disrupted our plans to settle in and get ready for our event. If the check-in experience improves, this hotel would be a much more reliable option for event-goers.

I checked in friday night 5/16/25 the lady that checked me in made a horrible mistake that is still costing me as i am writing this.I already prepaid for my room and i was asked to give my card to use for the incidental. She charged my card for over 300 dollars for the entire cost of the room. I was double charged and i still have not got my money back. This put me in a world of inconvenience. I was told that she did make a mistake and the night auditor caught it and my money would resended to me in 3 to 5 business days. I was given no courtesy for this huge inconvenience of having to wait all these days for my money. Any good establishment would have atleast offered a free stay or something geez i am very disappointed and dissatisfied

My wife and I were extremely inconvenienced and late to our dinner reservation due to our room having no hot water to shower. We were told by one person at the desk that we would get a refund, and the next morning we were told from someone else at the desk that we would not get a refund. They did give us points toward my Marriott membership but the experience just wasn’t great.
