Horrible.

The A/C was broken in the first room. The sheets on both beds were stained and appeared to be unclean. The room had a stinch and odor that smelled like mildew. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. The quality of service overall was very unsatisfactory. I will never stay at any property by Ramada or Wyndham. I will not recommend this property to any family or friends.

Exactly as advertised. Bus to NYC steps from the front door. 24 hour grocery store 10 minute walk away. Clean rooms. Quiet hotel. Mexican restaurant next door a plus.

My stay was ok. The room is outdated. Carpet is clean, but appears rundown with stains. Bathroom ok. Breakfast is more continental buffet. Only scrambled eggs. No sausages. If you want better stay plus food, look somewhere. Find a better hotel. Little noisy at night. Didn't slept pretty well. Was placed next to an elevator. Suggestion is 1 day only you have to stay. Hotel needs to be updated. Rooms are dark and dreary.

There was a sugar ant problem In my room. I saw several sugar ants and I killed them. I did not say anything to the staff at first. I should have said something at the first sign of the ants, because the morning of my check out there were swarms of aunts, on the bed, on the night stand, on the sofa. Putting my luggage together was a struggle, making sure to not bring the ants home. When I told the front desk this morning, he said that I should have told them, and that there's nothing to do because it's from the weather and this is the first floor room. the breakfast was nothing special. Juice, coffee, tea. The scrambled eggs tasted like salt and idk what else. The bed was otherwise comfy for sleeping, the water pressure in the shower was perfect.

The property was fine for the price. Enjoyed the Mexican restaurant next door. Disliked Fox News blaring each morning during breakfast. Management should find a political neutral station for guests.
