we arrived at night. when we got to the room some of lights did not work so we had to flounder around in near darkness looking for items in our suitcases. When we tried to shower, we found that there was not hot water! Tried to shower in the morning but still no hot water! We reported to the main desk who said they would get the matter sorted. Too late for me as I was checking out the next day. Very very unhappy!!!

This is the first time I’ve been to a Westin and did not like the hotel. First of all, there’s not a lot of staff to take care of you and help you in the time of need. The carpet in this room need to be washed. It is dirty and worn. The bathrooms are very small. You can hardly fit two people in it. When I was taking a shower, I was standing in my bath water. The drain must’ve been clogged. We called and they sent out maintenance, but the problem still existed. The room door kept given problems. We would be outside of our hotel room for several minutes because the door was jammed and not working. Lastly, but not least they failed to inform the guest that the TV services were down so we could not even watch any TV or use the Internet. Because of this experience, I don’t believe I’ll be staying at Another Western hotel in the near future.

Work trip, needs more attention to details.
I’ve stayed here a couple of times the past couple of years for work. Usually great. I booked a King room and arrived at 3:30, checkin normal starts at 4. They gave me a card key to go work by the pool letting me know they would give me a call when the room was ready. I checked back around 4:30 after no call and was given a double room on the 3rd floor(327). The shower drain was broke, as well as the light by entrance of the room. The sauna in the gym is also out of order.
