I’ve stayed at multiple Westin properties including this one. Unfortunately, the upkeep is lacking in some areas . The bathroom counter top and faucet were broken. The shampoo and body wash containers were empty and never replaced during my long stay. The ceiling had water damage. The hallway rug had debris. Even though, I set the air conditioner at 67 degrees it would reset back to 72, which is hot. The mini fridge kept my drinks very cold, which I prefer. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

Overall, it was good. The price was very reasonable, so a good value. The hotel (including lobby and my room) smelled faintly like cleaning fluid, which was a little unpleasant. The items for sale in the lobby sundry store were ridiculously overpriced. At the breakfast buffet, which has the usual scrambled eggs, fruit, bacon/sausage, potato, did not have any pancakes. I asked if they had pancakes and they said "that would be extra". My suggestion would be to include pancakes, like almost every other hotel does. The price charged for this buffet was high enough to include pancakes. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I would stay there again, wasn't wowed by the place but it was definitely a good value.

I have to give 3 stars because I was assigned an unclean room. Beds were not made. They provided a different room which was done timely. The staff is friendly, the hotel is nice but they need to work on never assigning an unclean room. Housekeeping cleaned the room and didn't provide enough towel sets for 3. If you removed 3 replace 3. No one wants to come in after midnight looking for it.
