Location was excellent. Property was clean but rooms could use some updating. Air conditioning unit was VERY insufficient. If it was any hotter during our stay, we would have never made it through. Front desk and staff were wonderful. Room was small but had everything we needed.

The location was the best part about this hotel. It's a hop, skip and jump to the broadwalk and beach. They only clean your rooms if you ask for it, then they charge extra. You have to take your towels to the office and request new ones. Expect to pay 22 dollars extra a day for parking, because there is no hotel parking. There was burn holes in our bedding. Ants in the room, the toilet barely flushes. I won't be staying here again.

Wifi didnt work unless you were standing in front of the office. Motel was close to beach was the only positive thing about this place. Parking is 10 min walk away which is a city parking garage. Motel has 0 parking itself Would not recommend

The hotel is quaint, literally next door to Margaritaville and very close to the boardwalk. We found the room to be very clean, and sufficient. The air conditioning was on HIGH but was not able keep cool. The fridge was cold and kept drinks cold. The front staff was very accommodating and had an early check in for us off the cruise ship. We opted not for the late check out and was able to keep our luggage in the office after check out. The amenities for the hotel were great, chairs, unbrella and the use of bikes were a bonus.

Definitely not as good as it looked in pictures , felt catfished honestly …first thing I had to do when I got there was sweep the room and it was filthy ….the bathrooms are extremely small ,so small that when you’re sitting on the toilet your legs hit the wall in front of you …the internet didn’t work well at all ,so bad I couldn’t even watch Netflix on the TV …I would never stay here again …2/5 at best

Love this area close to the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. The parking is expensive, as the hotel does not have it's own parking. Had to buy a permit for the one day from the city for $21 for street parking. The room was very small but adequate for two people. Cleanliness and service was top notch.
