The room was dirty, the towels were dirty with hair and the sheets and bed also had hair and eye lashes. We were only given 2 dirty towels for our 2 night stay and when I called and requested the room ti be cleaned and clean towels my request was ignored

Great value and cute space
The property is a cute place for our two couples. Location is awesome with Whole Foods just a short walking distance away. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Bed linens had too much starch or bleach that irritated my skin so had to sleep with a shirt on. Besides an issue with my credit card everything else went smoothly.

Nothing “Boutique” about this place. The “Concierge Service” number couldn’t help basic needs; when answering our call they asked what our emergency was. The coffee maker leaked and we used towels to clean the mess. Additional towels were unavailable over the course of 2 days. The laundry room was full of equipment that was either broken or not set up for use. The one washer that had power was full of cleaning liquid so we weren’t comfortable to see if it worked. Sound really carries through the walls. Neighbors partying didn’t care for our sleep. The room was dusty, the walls were in disrepair, and the blinds didn’t fully block the property light that stays on all night. Some of the links and communication methods provided at check in were dead or unresponsive. Would not recommend under most circumstances.

This is a great little neighborhood hotel, right off of Federal Highway, in prime Fort Lauderdale. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The shower was my absolute favorite part!

3A High school Football Game visit
The property is beautiful. The room was nice. Only draw back is the pull out couch is not made for sleeping and the linens for the pull out where not clean. You can definitely hear your neighbors (do everything).

After I booked and paid for the room, I received a notification from the hotel that I had to have a background check! It required extremely intrusive questions. While I have had many background checks in my life because I work with children, I have NEVER been background checked in order to check into a hotel. I have traveled in 49 US states and 34 foreign countries. Had I not already paid for this non-refundable room I would never have agreed to this. Once I submitted the too personal data I was told I would receive an email from the property with codes to enter the property and my room. It did not come. I called the "emergency number" and was assured it would come. It doesn't d not. I called again. When it did come, it had access codes but no room number. I had to call again. Getting into the room was the next difficulty. The code did not work. The light outside the room was on a timer and kept shutting off, leaving me in the dark. I had to call the emergency number again. I was given a new access code. It worked. Do NOT book this hotel. It was pure aggrevation for a very basic place to stay.
