The room is big and spacious, the location is very good but the lack of customer service could make your stay a nightmare. The ladies at the frontdesk seemed to hate their job, they just don’t care the guests. Limited to do a basic job with no smiles. I would reccomend this place but need to change the customer service and guest attention.

We had called ahead for an early check in. Regular check in was 4pm. They did say they would try their best and didn’t think it would be a problem ($75 fee of course). Our room wasn’t ready until 5:10. We stood in the lobby for one hour with our 4 young children and luggage. When we arrived at 2pm we were told it wouldn’t be ready till 4 but it would absolutely be ready then. No manager in the hotel to help. We were told she would call us asap the next day. She did not call and when we reached out it was the wrong phone number. Poor management for a not so great hotel. No apology or compensation returned. There were a few nice employees who felt bad but offered no solution.

I never received my final bill for the stay. When I checked out at 5 am , I was told that they cannot access my account because every night this information is shut down for accounting purpose. The desk cleerk told me she will email me final invoice and give me credit for the deposit they took at the time of check in. It is 1 week now and no communication or final invoice from the hotel. If they made an error, I will have to deal with my insurance company. I thought this does not happen in USA, Is it legal?

The room I booked was nothing short of amazing . A 1 bedroom oceanfront suite and it was beyond our expectations . We loved it . So spacious … the food at the restaurant was also wonderful and all staff we came across were just great . Thank you for making our stay just perfect . Views were incredible

Not worth the price.
Overall it was okay. The resort fee wasn’t worth it. Never any towels available at the pool. Housekeeping was quite rude and inflexible, we asked for our room to be made up while taking our dog for a walk, staying out of our room for over 2 hours but it wasn’t long enough. Front desk staff very friendly though.
