Run away from this place!

We needed a hotel close to the hospital where my father is in hospice just for a quick place to sleep. We arrived late after being there all day, exhausted, and we were greeted my an extremely rude lady behind the front desk yelling at several customers before us. We were so tired all we wanted was our room. We had to step over a man drinking and doing drugs on the stairs. Several others were yelling across the parking lot. When we got into our room, the bed was covered in hair, there were stains and random (blood? Feces?) splatters on the walls, and the bathtub was black with dirt. We were so disgusted we immediately went to talk to the woman at the front desk to check out. We ran into her in the hall and as we were trying to talk to her, she walked right past us and said she was busy. I had to call hotels dot com to issue a refund, then book another uber now at midnight, and check into a much more expensive hotel much further away as everything else nearby was booked. I didn’t expect the room to be fancy, but for $200 a night with fees, I expected it to at least be clean and to feel safe. That was the opposite of what we experienced. Do not stay here. It’s better to sleep in your car no joke.

The room was filthy. The floors were not mopped. I walked in the room with white socks and my sock was black. Had to get room service to come clean and they still didn’t come so i used the white towels to clean the floors.

The reservation was for 2 queen beds per room With a kitchen, and that’s why I’ve chosen to go there. The beds were too small, the kitchen had nothing, no pots/utensils..etc Beds weren’t clean, the bathroom’s paint was so poor and fell in the bathtub.

This place was disgusting. check in someone handed me a key card told me the room number. First room Tv cords were pulled out.Needless to say TV didn't work. Microwave didn't work. Second room. NO TOASTER , NO MICROWAVE Neither room had POTS, PANS, SILVERWARE. People smoking marijuana outside. Front desk person gid by the third time we went into the office. . Please for love of God do not stay here. The bathroom tub was gross. Save your money it looks nothing like the pictures and the reviews were inaccurate.

My Favorite Getaway

I’ve been here a few times and the service is always great. The rooms are always available for check in when I arrive . Very fast service. Shannon is the absolute best ! She’s so kind and reassuring as well. I definitely would recommend .
