The Air Conditioner was making a lot noise and the bath room fan was also very noisy. The only thing was good is their airport shuttle service.

I loved this property because it was within walking distance to Walgreens, Walmart, dollar tree you name it. It was close to the beach & restaurants. The building smelled so clean & the front desk staff were so friendly & helpful. Even the shuttle driver was amazing.

Ian at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out were easy. Room was nice, clean, and had the basics. We didn't expect much for a fairly inexpensive stay, and we were happy with what we got, plus a little more. I was very happy to see that I could buy food at the front desk because we got in very late from a late flight and were afraid we wouldn't get dinner. We did not have breakfast there during our stay, but from what I could see, the options were very limited (oranges, bananas, yogurt, toast, and waffles). It was close to the airport and had a complimentary shuttle, so that was a big bonus for us. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Choice Hotels generally have large, clean, comfortable rooms, nothing fancy but quite nice. This was the case. However, we booked this airport hotel so we could catch an early morning flight. Shuttle service and breakfast were required. Neither proved satisfactory: shuttle only on the hour so we had a long wait in the airport; we had to leave before breakfast was served; no wake-up call as arranged, and the shuttle was not informed as requested. We will be more careful in booking airport hotels.

Kelly at reception was the highlight of our stay. Kelly was very helpful and friendly during both our trips before and after our cruise. Even when she was very busy she remained approachable and was very efficient when dealing with multiple tasks. Checking in was easy. Unfortunately the cover on the door latch (the part that is on the side they latches into the wall) was falling off. We had to hold it in place to close the door. That was an issue and one the housekeepers could not ignore so this should have been taken care of during routine maintenance so this tells me the maintenance on the overall hotel is lacking. It is located close to a lot of shops so that was convenient. Overall, the hotel was an ok stay for a night while coming and going on a cruise or heading to the airport.

We utilized the airport shuttle and shuttle to the cruise port. Rooms are not the best but it was convenient for us. Close to a few stores and restaurants. Quick Uber to Hollywood Broadwalk.
