This was a nice property with a pool and restaurant on site. Like the dayroom rental, we got back into port early and had 8 hours before our flight, nice to have a room to relax in and enjoy the amenities. My only complaint was how long check in took and the desk staff were not very friendly.

. I phoned hotel 1 week prior to arrival to confirm that we were booked in. I was assured we were.When we arrived they said they had over booked and had no room for us and that they had to send us to a different hotel. This was after a 12 hour day of travel and I was very unhappy. I said I needed a few minutes to collect myself, then within a few minutes a manager came and said they had a room for us. Total check in time took over an hour .

The breakfast was good, and the dinners I had at the bar. We’re both good very happy with that. The beds were comfortable, but maybe our only complaint was the air conditioner was very loud when running its compressor., And the ironing board was broke.

We had a terrible check in experience. 3 people sitting at “front desk” 1 taking care of a customer complaining, 1 not open and 1 that when done with her customer closed down. Just to get to check in was about a 20-30 minute process including waiting in line that grew to about 7 people while we were waiting. Not an easy process to check in….plus they charged us an extra $7.00, for what????

Usually enjoy staying here. But this trip was far from enjoyable. The Internet was not working. The door did not seal completely to the frame and therefore the A/C did not keep the room cold. The floors need to be mopped. My socks are black and ruined. The shuttles to the cruise port worked flawlessly!
