We’ve stayed many times at the Riverside & they have renovated all the rooms…but not the bathrooms😔 they could definitely be renovated also. We had mould on our shower curtain because the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working.

Not a restful stay

Pre cruise night stay after a long drive. Room overlooking the courtyard which I would not recommend if wanting a restful night. Noise until late. Housekeeping start early here, maybe 8, definitely by half 8. Constant chatter outside the door and ridiculous squeaky wheels on the carts that take dirty linen away. Get some oil! Finally a fire alarm followed by a warning of a fire alarm drill 10 minutes AFTER! Only highlight of the hotel was the bellman, apologies it was Nolan or Logan I think.

Lots of options to eat close to the hotel. Only real issue is how small the elevators are. Makes it difficult for more than two prople with luggage to fit. Otherwise nice!
