The red carpet inn was the worst stay I ever had in my life...1st the roof was leaking in room 191 wetting up the bed so I called front desk the moved me to another room 171 that room had no working phone much smaller and the TV wasn't working in that room.. 😳 so they moved ke once again to room 186 facing the pool room was much better but at 1am in the morning to be moved to 3 different rooms without a discount or even an apology from front desk all they told me is they would have to check me out if I wasn't satisfied with the 3rd and final room like it was my fault they have bad customer service and very trashy rooms.. I would sleep in my vehicle in a rest stop before I ever spend another night at Red carpet Inn.. They get 00000 Stars and would never recommend any one to Stay their unless they prefer a roach motel that's what's its equivalent to Show quoted text

When evacuating for a hurricane , you often don't have a lot of options for lodging , especially if you're coming from a long ways away and you have pets. The young man who helped me at the front desk when we checked in late in the evening was extremely kind and very professional. Unfortunately I feel that this location has some condensation problems that could lead to someone being badly injured. The walls and floors of the room that we were in were so wet that you couldn't walk across the floor without slipping and sliding. I saw some other guests outside who had the same complaint. .cleanliness lacking as well as there were brown splatters all over the bathroom wall and the ceiling over the beds.

Very pleasantly surprised. Due to hurricane Milton all the higher end hotels we normally booked for our cruise stay over were already fully booked. Found Red Castle Inn and initially hesitant since it was not one we were famiiar with with outside entrances to the rooms like a motel and it was half of what we normally pay so expected dirty rooms, cockroaches etc. But wow! Great staff. There'a fence around the outside rooms with card key controlled locks. Courtesy airport shuttle. Courtesy cruise port shuttle. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Cold AC for Florida weather. Hot shower. Only downside is that theres no nearby eating establishment to walk to but we were able to order in via well known food delivery services. Bottomline we cruise a lot and will definitely stay here from now on.

Property was not a comfortable place to sleep area not good did see a roach could not wait until check out. But you do get what you pay for also in addition to the the hotel rate that I paid before arrival there was and additional deposit.
