This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The room had barely any AC, coffee maker had no top, saw cockroaches, holes that used to have something in them but now used for other things and not cosmetically pleasant. Just a disgusting place.

I would not recommend a dog to stay here. The room had roaches I’m not talking one or two I’m talking ROACES!! The hotel was in a decent area, so to my surprise, upon pulling in the parking lot of the hotel to see sketchy people hanging in the parking area every night of my stay. Look like illegal activity was taking place on the property along with drug addicted people, women of the night, people smoking weed. Did not feel like a safe environment at all. The next night there was a guy on the fifth floor 2 doors down from my room started screaming 1am in the morning then, He threw the table that was in the room out of a locked window breaking the glass could have hit my rental car. He then barricaded himself in the room from the staff and the police. Police was in negotiations with this man until 7:am tryin convince him to come out of the room. They had a drone cop using the drone to see in the room so the police could bust down the door. This went on for 6 hours. I got no sleep that night. I took plenty of pic and videos of the incident. And yes even the the roaches. I guess it’s like the saying goes “If something is to good to be true then is probably is. The room rate was a good rate but the Hotel is awful and this is coming from some who doesn't complain about much but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at….Never Again

Horrible. There is a sign in the lobby about the times for pest control. I checked in at 1am. I wish it was earlier so I could left this place. Disgusting. I will never ever trust Expedia to get a hotel and I will cancel my app and account from Expedia. This is terrible, music in the hallway at 3am. What is this

Avoid this place at all cost! Leave it to the people that rent a room here/live here. They do not let you check in prior to 4pm. Like you have to wait until 4pm on the dot. The lobby gives you "beautiful room vibes" like good atmosphere, very clean and smells good. Then you notice they don't have the bar, pool is not working, one of the elevators doesn't work. You get off the elevator and notice the bad mold/water damage smell in the carpets. You open the door and notice no TV, no waste can, no microwave, no ice machine in the lobby, but they give you an ice pail. The pillows are throw pillows wrapped in a pillow case. They are super flat throw pillows also. Oh to top it off my husband had to kill a roach. The room phone doesn't work, and it is so dirty and have someone's else hair on it. The shower head barely puts out water. There is a connecting door to someone's else room. We can hear everything that was going on in there. The curtain rod is coming off of the ceiling . Cops were in the lobby three different times and they have security at all times. At least they have free WiFi

Was horrible checked in after 45 minutes waiting in line. Went to room smells horrible counters in bathroom were nasty. Left key on desk and went and got another room. Somewhere else. Line for front desk was out the door and only one peraon checking people in. Several pther employees just standing around talking.

The property was not as described in the add and pictures. It was dirty and nasty. Elevator was not working. Bed is low to the ground and has no support. Horrible mattress. Mildew in the bathroom. Just horrible. A waste of hard earned money.
