We loved the room and the location of the hotel. The food and drinks were ok, but not great. The service in the dining room was friendly, but slow. We did not receive an option to upgrade our room and it took 5 days to get the invoice for our stay after check out.

Interesting old fashion Florida property with modern flair. Extreme spacious rooms and you don’t walk across the street to be on the beach. Direct Beachfront!!!! Everyone, especially the restaurant staff was extrem nice. My only little complaint were the 2 night front desk employees. They both seemed bothered each time I had a question or needed help. Besides that I can highly recommend the hotel!!!

I have stayed at this resort before. Our room is not as nice. There is water damage on the woodwork and ceiling. There was hair in our bathroom. Shower did not work well. No offering ls like a free drink we were supposed to have and no upgrades. I feel like this is not as nice as I had remembered. I spent a lot of money for this hotel and it did not meet a four star for me. The dinner was great in the restaurant and the staff there was great.

The property was awesome! The staff there were amazing and so friendly, especially the pool staff! I thought the bed would’ve been a little comfier but it was doable! The balcony and walk out to the beach was perfect!

Just got back from a wonderful Birthday weekend at the pelican grand! Had a great time with my family! The staff all around all deserve five stars are more! The room was absolutely beautiful with the ocean view. Dining with a view! The ice cream parlor was a definite hit with the kids! The lazy river was a definite, plus! I can’t wait to go back!
