We walked in to an occupied room upon check in. Dirty clothes and dirty condoms on the bed. Stuff everywhere . Asked for another room, they gave us the smallest dirtiest room I have ever seen. Not at all what we paid for. They finally gave us our last room and it was just ok. Would not stay here again.

I really enjoyed the area of the property. But not so much the property. It was very dirty, and things looked as if they weren’t been cleaned before us. We had a sofa bed as well but were not given a blanket for it: I called twice, 1st time I was told house keeping was gone (it was 5pm when we checked in). Then the next day I was told it would come and it never did. We were there for 4 nights, 5 days and house keeping did not come in or exchange our linens one time. The mirror was stained, the underneath of the pull out bed was moly, the bathroom had rust behind the door, the toilet had #2 marks prior to us arriving, I am very dissatisfied in my stay here.

It was ok for the price! If I had a companion she would be complaining about the cleanliness and the updates needed! The office was hard to locate! Breakfast was mediocre! I like the fact it was close to beach and the access to the long boardwalk!

Do not ever use this property. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, we get there and they cancelled our rooms and lied about it, They said Expedia cancelled it. Sounded fishy, so called Expedia, and of course it was a lie. I explained we need help. We had 2 children, we were desperately looking and calling other places. Expedia also tried to help, no luck. 2 hrs on the phone, no rooms available. Had to Uber back to airport and sleep on the carpet . It was also a fully paid property, not only a down payment or a book now, pay later situation. Expedia refunded the charge . Will never recommend this place .

Bait and switch

The smell of the visible mold in the bathroom was strong. Zero pots, pans, dishes, cups. Torn countertops, 60s furniture, no dresser, bed was ok. Sand and dirt on floor. Extremely loud fridge. Ceiling fan loosely connected to wall. Cigarette ashes left outdoors on tables and chairs. The ad was misleading regarding appearance of room. Bait and switch. Lukewarm water in sinks. AC/ heater vented outside window. Loud A/C in living room. No ventilation in bathroom. No airflow.

Check in was easy. Staff is friendly. Be ready for parking and resort addons. Rooms were clean traditional beach accommodations with some updates. No response via phone or email. But in person folks happy to help and answer questions.

Pay more for somewhere else

Two words: Bed bugs. I never write reviews but want to save you from itching like me. My friend and I stayed in two different rooms and both had what seemed to be bed bugs. We both woke up with itchy bites. No good. I knew it wouldn't be the nicest, but it was worse than I expected.
