Hidden Gem!

Never judge a book by its cover. The exterior was a bit rough but the room was fantastic! The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Jackie at the front desk was beyond nice. One of the best desk clerks ever!!!

The towels were stained and had holes in them. I asked housekeeping for new wash clothes she told me no there’s wash clothes in the room as I was explaining that they had holes in them she walked away and said she has no towels.

Bad experience and unhealthy conditions

Gave us a room with shower stopped up, door had gap at top of 1” that anything could crawl through, bed cover was dirty and stained, people hung outside our room drinking and talking loud after hours, small bugs in bath floor, no hand towels, towels and wash cloth looked like they were there for a long period of time, window in bath was open because there was no bath vent and window would not lock when closed, furniture was damaged, desk chair covering was torn and showing inner material, edges of platform the mattress was on was chipped off in places and had sharp pieces sticking out, burned places on tub and moldings of window and toilet seat were black in places from not being cleaned, corners of room and bath floor filled with dirt..tiled floor in bedroom area cracked and broken.

Always have a nice stay here, rooms are nice and always clean. Unfortunately I was in my room and a housekeeping lady opened my door without notice startling us inside. Room was already done.

Don't waste your money

Well the pictures were so nice but also very misleading. Check in was easy. The room was the disappointment. First off there was an immediate smell upon entering the room. Smelled old and musty. The room was very large. The furniture looked old and run down the drawers didn't come out correctly. The sheets weren't that clean. They had specs of dirt or something. I had my 3 kids and I was not happy with them being there. It wasn't kid friendly at all. There was an odd window in the bathroom. The bathtub didn't drain very well at all. By the time we were done taking our showers the tub was almost to the top. It was insane and not worth the 150 I paid. I would never stay here again.
