I don’t normally cancel hotel stays, but this was one of the grossest places I’ve ever stayed at. There were gross stains on the sheets that would show up in a black light. Mold and dirt in the shower. Red stains on the carpet and mirror. Weirdos groaning at night. Our no smoke room reeked of cigarette smoke. Don’t chance it because it’s cheap. It’s not worth it.

It was an awful experience. The hotel is filthy, completely worn down, and smells bad throughout the property. The room was unclean, with visible dirt and stains, and the furnishings were outdated and in terrible condition. The entire place felt neglected and poorly maintained. It was so bad that I would have been better off staying at a cheap motel. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! NO ROOM SERVICE. HOTEL WAS OLD AND RUN DOWN. MY ROOM WAS VERY MOLDY AND DIRTY I GOT SICK. THE BEDDING WAS VERY NASTY AND DIRTY. THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST. JUST BREAD.AND TEA. THIS WAS A WASTE OF MONEY. NEVER AGAIN.

Não recomendo ir com família neste hotel porque o ambiente não é apropriado. O quarto que ficamos tinha um cheiro horrível, mancha de sangue na colcha, carpete sujo, um sabonete para 4 pessoas e um xampu usado até a metade. Toalhas de banho finas e sujas. Nos últimos dez anos ficávamos sempre nesse hotel por ser perto do shopping, no último ano havíamos notado a decadência, mas nesta última estadia foram situações que nem posso mencionar aqui, mas nunca mais voltarei.

Do not book this hotel. It is a mess - every aspect of this property is in need of a major renovation. The place is filthy - every space is worn out and unclean. The room are scary… the carpets disgusting, the entry floors worn out and dirty, the shower (in a tub) was filled with rust and mold in the caulk, the windows and sills were caked in dirt and dust…. The list is endless. I only wish I could upload all the photos as proof.

Great price and comfy beds.

Price was half any local hotels. Beds were comfy. Microwave and fridge available. AC was nice and cold. Unfortunately, the shower did not work and it was very late to call someone.

Not what I was hoping for

The listing said there was a gym, but when I asked the desk clerk he said there was none, not even saying there was access to a near-by one. None of the indicator lights in the elevator lit up and no notifcation of what floor you were on. The key cards lost their code within a couple of hours and had to be re-coded. We were told we should keep the keys away from anything magnetic. I ended up cutting the stay short, only about 13 hours compared to the 3 days it was supposed to be. They didn't ask for a reason why and only charged me for the 1 night, so that was a positive
