Our stay was amazing had to change room due to ac problem, but our front desk clerk helped us out so quick tumbs up for Rafael, he was so attend to us the whole stay, nice continental breakfast, everybody was super nice.

Review of hotel stay

I guess I got what I paid for, based on the other hotel prices in the area. The hotel clearly needs rennovations, which I tried to overlook. What I could not overlook was the dirty air conditioning vent in the bathroom which needed cleaning...even basic cleaning would have helped. The breakfast offered was disappointing, there was no variations or a single piece of fruit for three days! On the up side, the staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy, as I was able to complete most of the process online.

Good value for money. Room and bathroom were clean and AC and TV worked well. Gym was limited but useful. Inclusive breakfast options were as anticipated. The quality of orange juice was excellent. Checkin and check out were efficient and the front desk and other staff were all courteous and welcoming.

It’s okay.

Front desk staff was very nice. The lobby area was nice. The place needs updating. Hallway carpet is old. Shower fixtures old and rusted looking. Baseboards were very dusty and dirty. Bed was comfort as well as sheets. Was overpriced.

The property is in a good location. If you are driving, it is easy to get around. It does have good walkable sidewalks to get around. The properties not inconvenient for me as I enjoy long walks, but to walk to the store or the mall is a few miles .
