La Quinta need to be shut down and renovated, My Family and I checked in on the 17th January and I was out by the 18th January ( We were supposed to be the until the 19th January), the room was dusty,there was mold in the bathroom, the carpet on the floor was filthy and to make matters worst there was ROACHES!!! Not 1 or 2 it was a lot of them. The combination of filth and untidiness cost our entire family to wake up sick and ruin our entire trip, the elevators were very scary it kept on jumping,it scared my son,the inspection license was expired from seven months ago. I went down for breakfast when I got to the waffle station. They were out of waffle batter so I went to the front desk and told the clerk that was there, He told me that they will be making some more right now so I went back to the waffle station stand there, and there’s a door on the side where the waffle station is at. I watched this lady Took a dirty bucket pour the waffle maker into it and took it to the faucet then filled it with water, we just went out to eat instead, We sure did complain and asked to speak to management I think we spoke to supervisor her attitude was just as ugly as she was,She had no customer service skill her attitude was unacceptable. The fact that this hotel is violating health inspection rules and it’s still open is crazy. This place is just horrible.

The places needs a major update. Carpets are old and dingy, the walls in my room were dirty and in desperate need of new paint, the beds were hard as a rock, and you can literally hear anything happening inside and outside the hotel. Breakfast was terrible.
