The check in was a mess. The Check in lady was doing multiple things at once( which is okay, once you can multitask) CLEARLY SHE CANNOT. was given wrong room number, tried opening the door and someone was in the room(poor lady). Had to go back down to front desk where the lady that had checked me in was still on the phone, plus talking to another guest and her co worker. Smiling and apologizing like it was acceptable, smh. And the hotel is very rundown, pool a mess with the water being dirty, bricks lifted at the poolside and all.

The property is in decent condition. The area lives a little to be desired. Not the worst but definitely not the best. I think the 24-hr CVS across the parking lot attracts undesirables.

When I receive they keys of my room, after 30 min of check inn, I found that the ac was broken as well as the phone. I had to go back downstairs and ask for another room. I had to wait another 30 min to get other one.

One of the shadiest hotels i been to in long time. Me and my wife checked in and when we came back after dinner we left. Just not a property we would ever recommend or stay at. The even didnt give us the original room we booked here through expedia.

Facility is old and when you compare pictures with reality you get disappointed. Our room had a brown bug crawling around, the carpet was wet in one area, and the sink was not working. All the water just stood there in the sink which was disgusting. The doors were old and chipped, and when you enter you get right away an awkward smell. The pool was broken or something; basically not usable which was also a minus. Overall, I was disappointed. This facility would need a remodel done. Pictures and reality are just way off and disappointing 😔

My only complaints are that One of the front desk ladies had an attitude and terrible customer service skills, she had no care in the world. The pool was closed and the female cook didn’t put any effort into the breakfast and she stopped put out breakfast before 9am we had to eat what was left because she wasn’t making more, there was no love in her cooking. Other than that the male chef was excellent his breakfast was made with love and she served and made sure everyone was ok. Room was ok for the price. Room wasn’t smelling moldy. I’ll rate them an overall 7/10
