The front desk person may have been the rudest most disinterested person we have ever encountered at a hotel check in desk. She seemed to take pleasure in putting me, the guest/ customer down. Things were broken in the lobby...restroom not working, elevator floor filthy with a yellow cone for cleaning down left uncleaned for many hours etc etc....dreadful experience

I did not have a bad stay at this Inn. Everything was actually perfect until I left my jewelry in a bag upon checking out and when I called back hours later, it was nowhere to be found. Sad that my stuff couldn’t be turned in properly with the front desk. Disappointed in the housekeeping staff and I hope whoever took it enjoys what REAL jewelry is like . Otherwise the room was okay, no complaints, just a terrible experience I had with my belongings.

At this hotel, my family and I, with a minor girl, have had a very bitter experience. We arrived on December 27, 2024, we had booked until January 2, 2025. On December 28, 2024, I spoke to the manager, she is a woman, to tell her that the bathroom was dirty, that the bed had two iron rods sticking out with which one of the girls injured her leg the day we arrived, and that I did not like these things. My English is not perfect, I do not know if she understood me, but she ordered me to leave the hotel that day at 12:00 pm, saying that she would only charge me for 1 night. We ignored this order, since we had booked until January 2, 2025 and we did not see a compelling reason to remove us from the hotel in such an unprofessional manner. When we returned at night, we tried to open the room and it was locked, we couldn't get in. We went down to talk to the lady at the reception and she told us that the order was to pick up our things immediately and leave the hotel. We apologized to the manager for having said something, which was true, but that she didn't like it, so that she would let us stay, and that we were also with a minor, that we came from the north of the USA and that we had nowhere to go, but she had neither professionalism in such a distinguished hotel nor a bit of compassion for us, they threw us out like criminals, it was the worst experience of our lives. NEVER STAY THERE....the manager is a despotic woman without a degree of compassion.

This is a good place to stay if you are 1-day stay or passing through. It is right next to I-95 so it is easy to exit and move on. Beds were comfortable, the breakfast was till 9am unlike other places that go till 10, so I missed it.
