The rooms are pretty dirty and stained. Most ice machines don’t work. Lots of sketchy people hanging out in areas that are only suppose to be open until 10pm. Kids yelling and screaming in the pool area also using the hot tub with no clothes on. Front desk was not very helpful with the problems we occurred. Main issue was that I reserved a non smoking king room and was given a two double bedroom when I arrived. What was the point of reserving 3 weeks ago?

There were cockroaches inside the room and the tub was not really clean same as the lobby. Not able to canceled due to I didn’t have any other choice and needed to be at the airport early next day.

Not good but not terrible, get what you pay for

Not great but not horrible. For the price you pay it’s alright. The towels in our room when we got there were dirty but the bed was very clean and comfortable. Also frustrated when our room key stopped working and had to wait almost 20 minutes in the lobby for someone to come back. We also tried calling the hotel and no answer (this was at 7pm) during their lobby hours. Great location and relatively friendly people/staff
