It was terrible. The first room they gave us. It smells so bad and it was so dirty and they moved us to another room which was no better. There was a cockroach in the microwave. The toilet clogged at 1:00am and they didn’t have a plunger and I had to go out and buy a plunger and they wouldn’t help clean it up or reimburse me for the plunger.

Unfortunately I didn't have a comfortable stay, the room wasn't very clean, very noisy during the night and early morning, and in fact the breakfast was nothing more than a bag with an apple and a muffin with a horrible taste and a horrible cereal bar, I really didn't like anything during my stay.

The room was very dirty, mold on the ceilings and the curtains, and there was a leak in the ceiling. There was at least one cockroach, and the floors were so dirty that walking on them turned the bottoms of my feet black. Staff was fine and the outside was clean, but I wouldn't stay here again.

This property is misleading and management is horrible. Some one is going to have a serious medical condition staying at this hotel. I got instantly sick just walking in the lobby and the sad part about it is they keep trying to charge my card for the room that I didnt even stay in.

UNACCEPTABLE service

Toilet not flushing , electric outlet exposed no cap , got bit by bedbug or some bug ,remote control volume not working , no one answers oncoming calls at front desk on time . Will never stay here again . No one knew managers name except 1 employee said “ Rocio “ and did not know her managers last name . Never staying here again !

All old warn out furniture,bathroom tub a mess,warn out paint plumbing. Fan in bathroom filthy very dirty molding. Cleaning girl opened door and was surprised to see us. My husband was changing clothes. They painted over tub and walls and everything was peeling. Every la Quinta we have been into was beautiful. This one was a disaster. Bag breakfast was the first time we experienced in a la Quinta inn All others had a full breakfast.

This was the most horrible hotel experience we have ever had. The carpet in our room was filthy, and I could hardly walk on it without shoes. The room smelled worse than a garbage can, despite a new scented bag that was supposed to help. Breakfast consisted of just a single honey bun, served on a first-come, first-served basis. There were people doing drugs openly in the hallways, in front of the hotel, and even in front of their cars. The furniture in the room was dirty, musty, and extremely old, giving it an ancient appearance. Staying there felt like being in a haunted movie—it was truly a nightmare.

So filthy.

Horribly dirty. Would like a full or partial refund or credit.
Chair was so torn there would be no way to clean it.
Sinks don’t drain. Toilet and shower were full of mildew.

I've stayed at la Quintas before and those were in far better condition. This was a low budget motel. The entire property needs upgrading. Our room had a musty smell, the carpet was sticky.

No sympathy

Was not very happy with the service. The front desk had no sympathy for booking the wrong hotel. I meant to book the La Quinta right across the street. I called within 5 minutes of making the mistake. Will never book La Quinta again.

At the time of our check-in, we noticed that the guest in front of us was asking for a refund as the room was not clean and appeared to have mildew. The 1st room they gave had a musty and mildewy order upon entry. The room was not very clean and the closet revealed a lot of black spots on the white paint which appeared to be Mildew. We we took several pictures and returned to the front desk. They gave us another room. at the stairway going up to that room, there were other guests outside that were drinking and smoking pot. the second room was clean and better than the first room. But then we noticed that the dresser on which the TV sits appeared to have water damage and pieces from the back and bottom were breaking off. The shower drain was not working properly and we sent a text message reporting that problem and asking that someone come to see at the following day as we are out of the apt. No one ever came. We were also disappointed that they only left us two towels and enough regular coffee for one person. the first night we slept in one of the two double beds, but noticed that the mattress was old and was buckling in the middle. The second night we slept in the second mattress, which was better. The air conditioning in this room was extremely noisy. The free breakfast was a joke, paper bad w/ one apple, one granola bar & one muffin. Was disappointed, even though we had paid approximately $180 per night to stay here.
