To start the lady of front desk wasn' t friendly, we are always treated differently(I don't know her name),maybe she had a bad day,the room was horrible,the TV table,the bathtub ,the faucett,the mirrow of the bathroom are very old, the bathroom door doesn't fit well,one shade and the curtain are broken,the smoke detector cover doesn't exist.The breakfast is like the snack for children.The only good thing is the lady cleaner who sent a person to fix the light outside of the room.MY QUESTION IS :IS THIS ROOM HABITABLE? Honestly I think you can improve everything.

Carpeting needs replaced because it was filthy and greasy. Air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet. Breakfast was a grab and go. Grap and go was a small muffin and 1 granola bar , no apple.

A gentlemen complaining about a lizard in room at 12:30 am when we checked in. It was moldy smelling and visible mold on walls and ceiling. A pest in the room, when we picked up a bag. When checking out someone else was complaining about her room. The worst hotel we have ever been in. They wouldn't even print a receipt because we booked with Expedia! Awful!

No nos gusto el lugar, la habitación lucia vieja y sucia, no le dan mantenimiento, hay muchas cosas alrededor del lugar que no demuestra limpieza y de igual forma el área del comedor estaba algo sucio, al momento de pedir el desayuno porque no había nada en el lugar nos entregaron unas bolsas con una manzana y un snack, me disculpan eso no es desayuno y pagamos por un breakfast, mal servicio, te piden deposito de 150 dolares que luego te dicen que será reembolsado en 5 días habiles, en las politicas del hotel no esta esto. En conclusión NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Jesus!!!! Run away from this place!

When I entered the room and smelled mold, I thought it was a prank from an amusement park in Florida...unfortunately it wasn't! Unbelievable that they would offer a room like that to any guest. Moldy, dirty, stinky..... not to mention the refrigerator and microwave oven that don't work. The breakfast served in a paper bag at the hotel counter is another joke! I honestly don't know how the health authorities let that place operate. They should revoke the license. Run away from this place!! You may even save money on booking, but you will certainly spend it on medicine for allergies and skin fungus. Ps: you don't even need to respond to me with standard texts saying that “my evaluation is important, that they will improve, etc”....because, having received criticism for years, it didn't matter at all to the managers of this “hotel”.

Very poor condition. The smoke detector was missing in our room. I mentioned it to staff and she said it had been stolen and another was ordered. Our coffee maker in the room was broken. On a website it indicated free breakfast but there was none.

The property is outdated and dirty...outside and inside. The rooms are musty and horribly outdated. The carpeting is old and stains everywhere. Furniture is in bad shape. Elevator sounds like it needs servicing. Breakfast was in a bag that you had to request from the front desk. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in...can't believe I paid $163 for this dump.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in for a long time. They are lying when they said they have breakfast in there, it’s only a coffee machine. Place has a lot of bugs, nasty smell, all towels and bed sheets has stains all over it, there were no lights in the room , no air conditioning, and when i tried to change a room, they simply said they don’t have any rooms available. Please please, avoid this place.
