The hotel itself is huge with a nice golf course and surrounding areas. The water park, Tidal cove is great for kids with loads of activities.we arrived on 28th December so it was still the new year holiday season. When we arrived the reception area could only be described as totally disorganised chaos! Not enough reception staff and those who were on duty, were far from friendly and welcoming and just seemed that they didn’t want to be there!This was the theme right throughout the stay. Some serious re- training is needed. Certainly not the sort of service that you would expect in any hotel and especially not in a hotel of this standard and price. We asked one of the reception managers to help us book a restaurant, he said he would call us and never even bothered. When asked what happened , he apologised and said he forgot! The beds around the adult pool area were hard and uncomfortable with no cushions and a small bottle of Perrier mineral water cost $10, including tax and service…just outrageous! The rooms are large and spacious and the housekeeping was very good, but sound insulation is poor and a lot of noise from the corridor.It seemed that some rooms on our floor had turn down service but, not our room! Overall,for the high price that we paid (and no breakfast included) we were somewhat disappointed, as we had high expectations, which were just not met, especially where the staff were concerned.

Very chaotic and overpriced!
Totally overpriced- insulting prices, meals were so so and very expensive. Everything was at an extra cost from kids activities to petting zoo. Customer service not very accommodating either, toilet overflowed, reserved outside for dinner ( birthday) and was confirmed months ago but then not offered at time of arrival at Corsair. Sorry- done with this property!

The staff and the amenities were top notch. Unfortunately my shower didn’t work. I was traveling with my 10 month old and needed urgently the shower, it didn’t drain and was a mess. An engineer worked 2 times in the shower until it worked but was very inconvenient while traveling with an infant. Also, the drawer cabinet didn’t work, it kept on opening the drawers every now and then and didn’t shut appropriately.

The customer service was beyond excellent. However, the property needs some love. Shower corners at the roof line had mildew, the desk had a piece of varnish torn off, our phone did not have a phone cord. The welcome mat at valet had multiple stains. Expected much more care at the property.

It was most disappointing and has deteriorated over the past few years. You can’t get a coffee unless you go to Starbucks. The rooms and especially the bathroom need upgrading. There is a curtain on the shower instead of a door which leaked water everywhere. It’s such a shame as it was once a beautiful hotel on such a lovely property.

In room issues: Safe did not work Privacy sign did not work Shower only one of two shower heads worked Phone only worked on speaker mode Toilet clogged They removed shower cap and did not replace it Golf course view not worth it for rooms on the low floors Carts starts making noise at 6am. Valet parking - long wait after messaging them
