Great location on the beach. Tough to get use to the wrist bands, parking, elevators. The poolis great, the restaurant was very good and the building is superb,,,, one problem, sorry to say, a lot of the staff spoke NO english at all.

Very nice room, although aging. Nice view from terrace, full kitchen. Good access to beach. Near zero ability to contact anyone. Phone has dedicated buttons but nobody ever picks up. Elevator(s) slow, my area had only one elevator. Almost nothing within walking distance, but uber and uber eats worked just fine. Hotel restaurant was eager to please but the food was sub-par. Watch for hidden costs. All in all I would stay again, but I would definitely shop around first.

I visited resort for 2 nights and was very disappointed. As soon I entered room it had a bad smell. The carpets were dirty and smelling unfreshed. The rooms was very cold and I asked the stuff to fix issue with heating but they didn’t provide any support, I had to call in multiple times for help and nothing was done. I had very unpleasant experience and paid a lot of money for bad service.

I stayed with my family this time in the hotel side(Lyfe resort ) and the room was disgusting to be honest. The room was filthy and my comforter hidden with a sheet over it had a dirty yellow stain. The shower handle was splashing water everywhere when turned on. One of the balcony doors was stuck and wouldn’t open. The floor edge stepping into the bathroom was loose, and my kids cut their feet few times stepping over it. Our socks got black the second we started walking on those floors. The bathroom walls were making some loud scary noise especially at nights scared my kids a few times. The hotel does not offer any room service at all. Will not return to this property.

Lovely hotel!! Perfectly located on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean, beach and city from our room. Walking distance to a variety of dining options and shopping. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall we had a great time staying here for the pre-Christmas holiday. The city view is fantastic. The beach is one of the best we ever visited. Some details are not perfect, e.g., there was a slow leakage under the sink, but we were able to live with it.

Nice resort, valet parking was easy and convenient. We were on the 7th floor oceanfront. Would recommend being on 15th floor of above as there was significant noise from restaurant below both music and fans/ac machines in their roof. Great view, nice beach. Beach chairs weee convenient but they jammed them all very close so not much privacy on beach.
