The stay was beneficial because it offered a chance for my family and I to migrate to during Hurricane Milton. I wish that they would have refunded the resort fee because most of the amenities were closed, even the bball court, spa, and bar. We had to walk over to the Doubletree to get food, which was a shared restaurant! It was good for the stay as the furniture was a little dated and dirty! The towel rack in the master bathroom was barely hanging on! They had to move the balcony furniture inside the unit and there was a roach inside the cabinet that I didn’t mention to my wife because I didn’t want to freak her out! The staff was nice and friendly!

The facility appeared to be nice when we arrived. There was NO AC after our first night and the room was stifling! We had to use the valet service. Wait times to retrieve vehicle is unacceptable we waited 30 minutes for them to bring the car one day. Last night I was walking along the path and someone threw a lit joint over the wall above where they park our vehicles and it literally almost landed on my head! Missing me by a couple inches. I yelled up to whomever did that and got security. These are the folks valeting the cars that have access to where that came down from. Pool was out of commission, room not that clean. One day I kept receiving a notification from my car indicating my car was unlocked with valet. The rude person was trying to pick a fight with me about how I would know if it’s unlocked and was trying to get me accuse people of stealing from my car when all I asked was for them to lock it. After a long argument with the rude person with creepy hair he finally went and locked my car. They messed with my seat adjustment and lights in the car. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and nice. Won’t return to this place ever! At Hilton doubletree next door now in nice cold AC! Oh and cookies!

First day we check in around 10:30. When we went to shower to relax the bathroom was full of cockroaches everywhere. Since that moment i didn’t feel comfortable anymore. The tv was not working. The answer was is nothing we can do with the tv that’s a problem the hotel have, with the roaches we can send somebody tomorrow to clean . Like seriously i pay to sleep with roaches. I was very disappointed. 0 discount. And everything super expensive. I have pictures and videos of everything im saying.

I love how attentive the staff was. The property is beautiful. I spent most of my time in my room, it was extremely cozy and felt like home. The valet staff was super quick with bringing my car to the front when I texted. It was just overall an amazing experience. I’m from Miami and I do a lot of staycationing. This is on my list of one of my favorite spots to get away. I will be returning!
