The property was nice great location for the airport unfortunately we waited for over an hour to be picked up at the airport and had to call 3 times. The room was spacious. The pool was nice. Had to leave early so didn’t take advantage of the complimentary breakfast The poor start with the shuttle was a let down

We witnessed an amazingly patient staff dealing with difficult guests. They maintained great restraint with a smile. We were offered early check in after getting off our cruise earlier than anticipated and everyone we encountered were delightful. Rooms were spotless and bed super comfortable. Would most certainly stay here again.

I reserved a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. There were one king bed and a spfa, very uncomfortable sofa, impossible to sleep there. Towels were only for 2 person, I told them but noone added for the 4 nights, there were always for 2 adults and nothing for 2 more kids, which I had purchased. Very poor Breakfest, unfriendly staff and hotel is far from Beach. Pool is just for pool, nothing good there. Only thing really was good it is clean, coffe and coffe machine sucks in the room as well. Very bad experience.

I would've rated my stay higher if it wasn't for the cleanliness factor. There were clothes already hanging in the rooms closet and the bar of soap had been previously used. Asides from that, everything else was great. The staff were incredible and super helpful.
