Very comfy beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with bacon, eggs, fruit, yogurt, toast and waffles to name a few items available. They offer a shuttle from airport, should be included in cost imo, which cost $8 each. Shuttle to cruise terminal $9 each. Felt safe walking around this neighbourhood day and night. Close to shopping and Duffy’s restaurant/spirts v bar which we would recommend. Would definitely stay again.

The toilet flushing mechanism squealed at a very high pitch, on and off throughout the night, actually waking me up. There was only one bar of soap, and the sofa was stained. Most importantly, they came into the room and cleaned it, even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door.

Grim. I don’t think the place has been decorated since circa 1972? Various shades and textures of brown. Housekeeping do their best but sticky carpet/ upholstery just needs replacing. In addition I wasn’t allowed a cup of coffee with my ‘complimentary’ breakfast from the coffee urn that was still sitting there at 9.45. My husband was allowed, but clearly I wasn’t quick enough having to sort out the children. Neither were the other two ladies standing next to me. We were never informed the time of breakfast either so didn’t know we were on a ticking rush. I asked if I could get a cup since it was still sitting there but no, I was told I would have to go and buy one from the cafe ‘desk’ instead. Oh dear.

Front desk receptionist were very friendly and helpful, a great start to my vacation. Room was pretty large with couch and kitchenette in adjoining room to king bed. Only regret was that there’s no microwave!
