Short holiday stay

The hyatt centric Las Olas had friendly staff and our room was spacious clean and was well stalked, great city views from the balcony. Enjoyed the pool just wished itl was open a little later to enjoy the evening sunset. The gym was well equipped. Food in the bar was very good. Short walk to the waterways of Fort Lauderdale.

Nice hotel away from the beach

It was a nice property however the "Destination Fee" is ridiculous, they only take you two miles, which doesn't even get you to the beach. We also are a family of 5 and do not fit in a Tesla. We were charged $25/day for a service we couldn't use. I would highly suggest checking your bill at checkout as someone had charged items from the bar to our room. The staff did reverse the charges which we appreciated. There is a lot of construction in the area so it was quite noisy during time at the pool. Once the construction is done it will be a nice property. Hopefully the destination mileage will increase to 3-4 miles so guests can go to the beach and restaurants along the ocean.

Beautiful hotel near the River Walk and Las Olas. The pool was lovely. The room was spotless and the bedding was very comfortable. Highly recommend. By the way, every staff member was attentive and friendly. Well done!

Rude snobby staff. Was charged an additional $128 in incidentals prior to stepping foot in door. Had paid majority of all Fees at purchase time. All in all this was not a $675 a night hotel. Half that at best. Even wait staff was rude and rushing you out if door for breakfast.

The hotel the staff and the area are all very nice and would lead to a very wonderful evening however City decided to close the street in front of the hotel the following morning for a special event and we're having a hard time getting out of there and getting a ride to the port to get on the ship consequently we're having to tow and pull our bags three blocks away from the hotel in order to get a cab or an Uber to get us the ship this is a real screw up and a real inconvenience for people who wanted to spend the night before they got on this ship the hotel claims that they only found out about this the day before but I find that hard to believe they are trying to rectify the situation by giving us some food and beverage credit but we're still all very annoyed
