Hotel provided early check in at 10am when we arrived from the ship instead of 3pm, room is huge, very clean & bed comfortable. Pool area very nice & food & drinks from bar good! Building is a bit dated and elevator shows wear but I would definitely stay here again!

The walk in shower with glass half enclosure lacks proper non-slip floor for safety- something they could easily do by spraying on a pebbled surface and sealing with acrylic like is done with garage floors. I slipped and raked my forearm against the edge of the divider. Pic of results below. No weekend manager or assistant manager on duty. No suggestion of recompense except to fill out an incident report. $371 for one night and we spent almost $100 at the bar besides. Coffee was an extra charge. If you dont want to be financially raped, and physically damaged, pick another establishment.

The overall stay at the hotel was good. The staff were helpful, the property was clean. The parking felt secure but there is a limited amount of space. Once all the spots are taken you’d have to park across the street in a public city parking on level 2 (didn’t feel too safe for just 2 women traveling).

Girl at check in was dismissive and not friendly. Area around hotel was run down and not many choices for restaurants to walk to. Had to take uber to airport because shuttle did not run that early. In the past, hotels would offer some compensation for transportation. Website stated hours of shuttle operation but said “upon request” too. Way overpriced for average accommodation.

Hotel Dello was a great stay for my fiancée & I, we stayed 3 nights and experienced a comfortable stay, the hotel staff was friendly and great with recommendations near the area. We look forward to our next trip.

If you plan on staying here to sleep for the night I would not recommend staying here. The boiler was not working properly and was extremely loud and kept me up all night. Not ideal at an airport hotel considering I was there just to sleep. The staff at the front desk offered me a slight discount on the stay but the hotel never followed through on this.
